Junior Litigation Administrative Assistant

San Francisco | $90,000 - $105,000

Our client is seeking a Junior Litigation Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in a busy commercial litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of complex litigation experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting attorneys in complex litigation
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with state and federal court e-filing
  • Knowledge of document management systems (NetDocs preferred)
  • Experience with legal time and billing systems; Elite experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and court documents
  • Handle state and federal e-filings, including trial and appellate courts
  • Maintain electronic client files and support new client intake
  • Coordinate billing, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements
  • Provide administrative support while interacting professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff
